Twenty-eight medical clinics across Saskatchewan have received Innovation Fund support to help them better meet the needs of their patients and communities.

Each clinic is using the funding to strengthen access to care by building family‑doctor‑led teams. These teams bring more health professionals together so patients can get the right care, at the right time, close to home.
