- Health Network managers supporting Saskatchewan Health Authority staff working in participating clinics
- Innovation Fund Oversight Committee members
- Operational leaders from the SMA, Ministry of Health and Saskatchewan Health Authority

Participants can expect a focused day of connection, practical learning, celebration and forward planning.
Building Momentum will bring together all 27 Innovation Fund clinic teams and key health-system partners to celebrate progress, share practical lessons and help shape the program’s next phase.
Thursday, October 1, 2026 (Optional): Registration and Arrival
