Building Momentum will bring together all 27 Innovation Fund clinic teams and key health-system partners to celebrate progress, share practical lessons and help shape the program’s next phase.
Who should attend?
The event is intended for:
- Innovation Fund family physician leads
- Office managers and medical office assistants
- Innovation Fund clinic team members, including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, allied health professionals and others
- Health Network managers supporting Saskatchewan Health Authority staff working in participating clinics
- Innovation Fund Oversight Committee members
- Operational leaders from the SMA, Ministry of Health and Saskatchewan Health Authority
What should I expect?
Participants can expect a focused day of connection, practical learning, celebration and forward planning.
