The Joint Medical-Legal Committee has developed guidelines for the interaction between physicians and lawyers in litigation.

This committee is comprised of representatives from:

• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan
• Saskatchewan Medical Association
• Law Society of Saskatchewan
• Canadian Bar Association – Saskatchewan Branch
